The best way to find people who will join you is to:
- go where you can find people who will be passionate about the project.
- I have spoken publicly about my latest start-up concept at breakfast clubs, small conference, and meetings.
- I always get 2-3 people who send me emails afterwards
- they are asking if they can help because they are people who have the problem,
- and they are willing to help solve it in order to make their lives easier.
